Ducks Back Waterproofing Is Hiring Experienced Roofing Contractors

We're growing, and we need skilled hands to grow with us. If you've got real roofing experience and know how to apply coatings the right way, we want to hear from you. We're not looking to train someone from scratch - we need people who already know the work and take pride in doing it right.

The equipment is ready. The jobs are lined up. What we need is dependable people who show up, work hard, and can handle being outdoors and at heights. That's the baseline. If that sounds like you, we're probably a good fit.

We operate in Texas and across other U.S. states, so a willingness to travel is a big plus. This isn't a sit-still kind of role. We move where the work is, and there's plenty of it. If you're the type who'd rather be on a roof getting things done than sitting around waiting, that works for us.

Our crew handles everything from roof coatings and waterproofing applications to installations, repairs, and maintenance programs. The work is real, the standards are high, and we back everything we do. We built this company on the idea that a roof should perform - and our team is the reason it does.

If you're ready to be part of a crew that takes the work seriously, send us a message with your name, phone number, experience, availability, and whether you're open to travel. Simple as that.
