Roof Transformation with Innovative Cooling Solution

This project involved the application of a red rust inhibitor primer followed by sealing the seams and fasteners to ensure durability and long-lasting performance. These crucial steps lay the foundation for an effective roofing system.

We then applied a gray base coat to add an initial layer of protection to the roof before topping it off with a white top coat. Both coats were applied at 24 wet mils, creating a reflective surface that effectively reduces heat absorption.

Our meticulous process resulted in bringing the final roof temperature down to an impressive 90.1°F, even in June's sweltering heat. It's a testament to our dedication to providing eco-friendly solutions that benefit both our clients and the environment.
